Shady Bowl Set To Kick Off '08 Season

DeGraff OH: (4/1/08)  Shady Bowl Speedway will kick off and action packed 2008 season when racing starts this Saturday (4/5), A full program of Late Model, Modifieds, Compacts, Pro-4’s, Street Stocks and Dwarf cars will up the racing card. The classes will make up the core divisions of each night of racing. The 12^th and 19^th will all be regular programs. The 19^th will mark the debut of the Detroit Iron class. This entry level division is for stock cars with only safety modifications allowed to help keep cost low. The American Modified Series will make its first appearance on the 26^th. The April 12^th event will also be A Dayton Auto Racing Fan Club night will all members of the Dayton based club admitted free of charge. Racing will begin at 7 each Saturday.

 A free practice division for all classes will be held on April 2^nd. Fans will also be admitted free of charge. Times for the Wednesday practice will be 6-9pm weather permitting.
