Roll-Over Contest
Rules & Entry Form

The Rollover Contest will be judged by the number of times you roll the car off of the ramp provided. A points system will be used as follows to determine the winner.  All judge’s decisions are final. 

½ point awarded for a ¼ of a roll. (Car gets up on it’s side and stops)

1 point awarded for ½ of a roll.  (Car gets on it’s top and stops)

1 ½ points awarded for ¾ of a roll.  (Car gets onto it’s opposite side almost completing the roll)

2 points awarded for a complete roll landing on it’s wheels.

5 points will be awarded if car makes a complete roll and starts up & drives away unassisted by anyone.

  1. All glass, lights, air bags, and loose objects must be removed before reaching the exhibit area.

  2. Slogans or advertising must be appropriate for a family entertainment.

  3. Batteries must be covered with rubber or nonconductive and non flammable material and must be fastened down securely. They must not move when shaken.

  4. Roll Bars/ Cages are optional.

  5. 5 Point safety harness seat belts are mandatory.  Factory Seats are okay.  Driver’s side window nets are recommended.

  6. Driver must wear a full faced helmet, gloves, neck brace, and long sleeved shirt or a long sleeved jacket.  Full driver’s safety/fire suits are recommended.

 

ANY CAR DEEMED TO BE UNSAFE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE.
