PICTURE OF THE WEEK

Greg Stapleton celebrates his second straight American Modified Series win, as he took top spot in the 50 lap Shady Bowl Shootout. The win put $2500.00 in the racers pocket. This week the Bowl hosts

Modifieds, Late Models, Compacts, Sport Stocks, OVDCA Dwarf cars and the twice rain delayed debut of the Detroit Iron class. Racing begins at 7. The rained out Dayton Auto Racing Fan Club night has been reset for 6/7. All DARF members will be admitted free.

 On Saturday night May 24th the Bowl will honor the memory of drivers who have passed away. Please submit drivers name and years they raced and classes to eisaacs@woh.rr.com. The names will be announced over the PA system thru out the night.

Season Grandstand Passes are now available for $260.

AMS DRIVERS
  
The top 15 drivers in points are eligible for 2 provisional starting spots at the rear of the
AMS A Main at each event.  The provisionals will be determined by points position.  In the event
of a tie, qualifying time will be used to determine the provisional driver(s).
 

TRACK RENTAL INFORMATION
 
$150.00 for first hour, $75.00 for every hour after that.

 Web site will not be updated for weather conditions.  

Driver Information
 Drivers planning to race during the 2008 season must fill out a driver profile with insurance, sponsor, and 1099 information.  They can fill out and and fax before Friday of the week they want to race (fax to 937-846-0629) or see the girls in the tower for forms and turn in at the tower race nights.  Payoff cannot be made until these forms are filled out and turned in.
